Why was my card verification rejected?

Please check your email box, the reason for the rejected verification should have already been emailed to you by Compliance Officer. You can also contact the Support Team by writing via chat.

Usually, payment card verification is rejected if:

  • information has been provided incorrectly;

  • the quality or resolution of the photos you’ve uploaded is too low.

Make sure that photos aren’t blurry or overexposed and provide information as specified in our Card Verification Guide.
