Please check your email box, the reason of rejected verification should have already been emailed to you by Compliance Officer. You can also contact the Support Team by writing an email to support@cex.io.

Usually, payment card verification is rejected if:

  • information has been provided incorrectly;
  • the quality or resolution of the photos you’ve uploaded is too low.

Make sure that photos aren’t blurry or overexposed and provide information as specified in our Card Verification Guide.
