If you want to claim a CEX.IO card and encounter an additional verification request from our Team, this article outlines the steps to help you easily resubmit your information.
1. Open the CEX.IO App and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Profile menu by clicking the icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Choose Verification from the opened menu.
4. Click Resubmit in the upper right corner.
Please note that users with pending verification requests may not see the Resubmit button. Contact our Support team if you encounter this issue.
5. Choose what verification stages you need to resubmit. You'll need to revisit both stages if you previously completed Identity and Address verification.
6. You’ll see the Resubmit button on the lower part of the screen. Tap this button to clear your existing profile information. This allows you to update it with fresh details.
7. Now you can start the Identity verification process again. Once your identity is verified, complete the Address stage if needed*.
* It might be required to also complete Address verification to claim a CEX.IO card.
After successful Identity verification, EU customers will contract with the new legal entity, CEX.IO EU VASP, UAB, which is registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and depository virtual currency wallets operator in the State Enterprise Centre of Registers of the Republic of Lithuania. This process will allow eligible participants to claim their CEX.IO Card and start paying for daily expenses with their crypto holdings.
Please note that the CEX.IO Card is currently available only for EEA residents. If you verify your account to a non-EEA country, a CEX.IO Card will not be available.
