Some email service providers may occasionally route messages from CEX.IO to spam/junk folders, which can cause missed communications related to transaction confirmations, support requests, password resets, etc. To avoid such situations and ensure you’re receiving CEX.IO emails, take a moment to whitelist our addresses. Below, we outline how to whitelist CEX.IO email addresses on popular providers.

The most common email addresses associated with our platform

We recommend whitelisting these email addresses in the Settings of your email service provider. The email address noreply@cex.io will be used as an example in this article.

Some providers may experience more delivery issues than others. If the delivery of emails is inconsistent, consider changing the email address associated with your CEX.IO account. Follow the tips in this guide to change your email address on CEX.IO.
