Important:
We recommend using only personal wallets for these transactions.
Do not use the same wallet for different currencies. For example, BCH cannot be credited to a BTC wallet, while Ethereum-based tokens (e.g., USDT, MATIC, SHIB) can be lost when sent to a native ETH wallet.
Select the correct blockchain network for your transaction, to avoid high fees and potential loss of funds.
Fiat deposits
Select a preferred payment method among supported ones.
Please note that the availability of certain funding methods depends on the user jurisdiction, and/or account verification status. For instance, eligible participants must complete address verification to access bank transfers, while PayPal is currently available only for U.S. customers.
Visit our Limits and Commissions page for more information on account limits, payment methods, and applicable commissions.
2. Once the funding method is selected, enter the amount you wish to deposit in the You will get field. Check the transaction details, including relevant fees, as well as the total payable amount above the Proceed button.
3. Click Proceed, and verify the payment details. Then click the Confirm Deposit button to finalize the transaction.

Navigate to the Wallet page, and select the currency you wish to withdraw. Use the search bar if needed.
2. Click Withdraw next to a preferred currency, or use the Withdraw button in the upper right corner. The latter option will require selecting a preferred currency on the following screen.

Crypto withdrawals
Click Cryptocurrency address to determine a destination wallet address.
2. Select the previously added wallet address, or add details about a new destination address.
Important:
Some digital assets feature a destination tag, a memo ID, or memo text. Please ensure to include these details for withdrawals, whenever necessary. If you don’t take this step, it could result in your coins failing to reach the intended destination, and/or becoming lost.
Some cryptocurrencies operate on a variety of blockchains, and CEX.IO may offer transactions through multiple networks for such assets. For instance, USDC can be utilized on the Ethereum, Tron, and Stellar networks. When requesting a withdrawal, specify the blockchain for transaction processing, and make sure that your destination address corresponds to the selected blockchain. Choosing a blockchain that differs from your destination wallet network could lead to significant transaction fees, and/or the potential loss of funds.
Please use only personal wallets for crypto transactions. In addition, remember that you may need multiple wallets to transfer various digital assets. For instance, BCH cannot be transferred to a BTC wallet, and Ethereum-based tokens (i.e. USDT, MATIC, SHIB) may be lost if sent to a native ETH wallet.
