To send fiat or cryptocurrency from your CEX.IO account, follow the steps below:
Click on the Finance tab at the top of your CEX.IO homepage.
On the next page, find the fiat or the cryptocurrency you would like to send.

3. Click on the blue Send Funds button next to the fiat or cryptocurrency that you would like to withdraw.
4. On the next page, choose your withdrawal payment method:
i. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, click on the blockchain network that you would like to use for the transfer. Then in the below field, enter the recipient’s wallet address and the amount you would like to send (see the images below).

Make sure that the recipient’s wallet address is an address on the blockchain network that you are using for the transfer. Otherwise, the funds you send will be lost forever.
ii. For fiat currency withdrawals, choose from the available payment options including credit/debit card withdrawals, domestic and international bank transfers, Skrill, and Epay.
Once you choose your withdrawal method, enter the amount you would like to transfer (and the account number if you are making a bank transfer).

Please note that card withdrawals are available for selected countries. Withdrawals to Mastercards are temporarily limited while you can withdraw to VISA with cut fees.
5. Make sure that the network, wallet address (or account number for fiat), and the amount you want to transfer are correct, and confirm it by clicking on the checkmark like in the image below.
6. Finally, click the Withdraw button and enter the 2FA code on your mobile device.
Once you execute the above steps, you will instantly receive a confirmation email to the address registered with your CEX.IO account. Follow the link in the email to confirm your transaction.
Please note that the confirmation link will expire in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you need to redo the above steps.

Once your cryptocurrency transfer is confirmed by CEX.IO, the transaction is sent to its respective blockchain. When the transaction is confirmed in the network, funds will be credited to your destination wallet.
Finally, please also note the following:
You cannot withdraw cryptocurrency for the first 48 hours after signing up for a CEX.IO account.
You need to enable 2FA on your mobile device to be able to make a withdrawal.
