Fiat deposit guide for CEX.IO App users

Add funds using your payment card, bank transfer, or electronic wallets. Google Pay and Apple Pay supported!

CEX.IO App enables fiat transactions through multiple methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or alternative instruments such as Skrill and PayPal.

Additionally, users can link preferred payment methods for smooth fiat deposits and crypto purchases.

Before we proceed, please check the availability of supported payment methods in your country by visiting our Limits and Commissions page.

How to make a card deposit

  1. Go to the Wallet tab on the footer menu and tap Receive.

2. Select the currency from the list.

3. Enter the amount and click Fund with to change the payment method (Visa card on the screenshot).

4. Choose one of the linked cards.

5. Click Proceed to verify the transaction details.

6. Confirm the transaction with CVV/CVC code provided by your issuing bank.

That’s it! The funds will then be credited to your CEX.IO balance once the issuing bank confirms the operation. This operation may take anywhere from a few minutes to three (3) business days.
