CEX.IO App features multiple methods for fiat withdrawals, including payment cards, bank transfers, and alternative methods like Skrill.

To make a card withdrawal in CEX.IO App:
1. Tap the Send button in the Wallet tab.
2. Choose the fiat currency you wish to withdraw, for example, EUR.
3. Select payment method from your saved ones or add a new method.
4. Once the payment method is selected, enter the amount you want to withdraw and tap Withdraw EUR.
5. Double-check the total amount to see how much will be transferred, after the commission is deducted. Verify the transaction details and tap Confirm.
6. Confirm withdrawal using the two-factor authentication (2FA) code from your device.
Done! Shortly afterwards, you’ll receive an email from CEX.IO confirming a successful withdrawal.
How to withdraw funds via a bank account?
1. Start by tapping the Send button in the Wallet tab, and choosing the currency, for example, EUR.
2. On the Select payment method step, choose the bank transfer method from the available list. For EUR it's SWIFT and SEPA.
3. Provide your bank account details for SWIFT, and click Submit at the bottom of the page.
4. If you choose SEPA, enter your IBAN and click Submit.
5. Enter the amount of withdrawal and click Proceed.
6. Verify the transaction details, click Confirm, and provide your 2FA code.
The processing timeline of bank transfer withdrawals depends on the recipient bank. CEX.IO typically confirms the transaction within 1-3 business days.
