Supported Proof of Address (POA) documents
1.Utility bill issued in your name
The document must include:
Full name (must match the name on the identity document)
Full residential address
Issue date (not older than 3 months from the submission date)
Utility provider’s details (company name, logo, and contact information)
Information on consumption or payment amount (e.g. electricity bill for a given period)
2. Bank statement
The document must include:
The account holder’s full name (must match the name on the identity document)
The residential address linked to the account (must be current)
The statement issue date (not older than 3 months),
The bank’s name and logo
The account number or its partial display (optional, for security purposes)
Format:
The statement can be in paper or electronic form (e.g. a PDF downloaded from online banking),
It does not need to show all transactions – the key elements are your personal details and address.
3. Official government document containing full name and residential address
The document must include:
A letter from the tax office (e.g. confirmation of a tax ID number, tax decision)
Correspondence from a court, prosecutor’s office, or other government body
Proof of residence/registration (e.g. issued by a city or municipal office)
Certificate of voting eligibility (e.g. issued prior to an election)
Letter from the police or municipal guard (if it meets formal requirements)
Requirements:
Full name of the document holder
Current residential address
Document issue date (typically not older than 12 months)
Name and official stamp of the issuing authority (for paper copies)
Reference number or case number (commonly found in official correspondence)
