This eliminates the need for complex wallet addresses, ensures instant delivery, and incurs no transfer fees for internal transactions. You can also add a personal comment to each transfer.

How to Send Crypto Using CEX.IO Pay Using the CEX.IO App
Sending crypto via CEX.IO Pay is straightforward. Follow these steps:
1. Access Your Wallet: Log in to your account in the CEX.IO App and tap Send.
2. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to send from your available balance.
3. Choose CEX.IO Pay: When prompted to select the transfer method or where to send your funds, choose CEX.IO Pay.
4. Add Recipient: Click on Add new recipient.
5. Here, you will enter the CEX.IO User ID of the person you want to send funds to. You can add a custom name to your recipient and mark it as Trusted.
6. Enter Amount: Input the desired amount of cryptocurrency you wish to transfer.
7. Add Comment (Optional): If you wish to include a personal message with your transfer, type it into the Comment field. This is a great way to clarify the purpose of the transfer.
8. Confirm Transfer: Review all details carefully, then confirm the transaction. Your crypto will be sent instantly!

1. Access Your Wallet: Log in to your account in the CEX.IO App and tap Withdraw next to the cryptocurrency with available balance.
2. Tap Select payment method and choose CEX.IO Pay.
3. Click on Add new recipient and enter the CEX.IO User ID of the person you want to send funds to. You can add a custom name to your recipient and mark it as Trusted.
4. Input the desired amount of cryptocurrency you wish to transfer.

How to Receive Crypto Using CEX.IO Pay
Receiving crypto via CEX.IO Pay is even simpler – there's nothing you need to do! If someone wants to send you crypto internally, you just need to share your CEX.IO user ID.
When another CEX.IO user sends you funds using CEX.IO Pay, the cryptocurrency will be instantly credited to your CEX.IO account balance. You will receive a notification confirming the incoming transfer.
Important:
User ID Accuracy: Always double-check the recipient's CEX.IO User ID to ensure funds are sent to the correct person. CEX.IO Pay transfers are instant and typically irreversible.
Supported Cryptocurrencies: CEX.IO Pay supports transfers for all cryptocurrencies available in your and your recipient’s CEX.IO wallet. Please check if the currency is available for your recipient before the transfer.
Internal Transfers Only: Remember that CEX.IO Pay is for transfers between CEX.IO users. If you need to send crypto to an external wallet or another exchange, you will use the standard blockchain withdrawal process, which may incur network fees.
Limits: There’s no minimal amount requirement for internal transactions. The maximum daily limit depends on your verification level. For new users, the daily limit is 1,000 USD (or crypto equivalent), and the monthly limit is 3,000 USD (or crypto equivalent). These limits can be increased later.
What if my friend or family member isn't on CEX.IO yet?
