Every CEX.IO account has a unique identifier - your User ID. This identifier can be used while logging in and is essential for contacting CEX.IO support for assistance. Finding your User ID is simple, so keep it handy—it's your key to navigating the CEX.IO ecosystem

Log in to your account, hover the mouse over the Profile menu in the top right corner, and choose Profile from the drop-down list.
