The fee rebate will be available to claim in the Reward Center inside the CEX.IO App.

How to Qualify

  1. Confirm with Support: If you received an email from our Support Team regarding your deletion request, simply reply to the ticket letting them know you’ve changed your mind and want to keep your account.

  2. Log Back In: Head over to CEX.IO via your browser or mobile app and log in using your existing credentials.

  3. Make Your Move: Complete a fiat deposit or crypto purchase.

  4. Claim your reward in the CEX.IO Reward Center. Check the official rules of this offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the rebate apply to any deposit amount?

Yes. There is no minimum deposit or purchase amount required. The rebate covers 100% of the transaction fee. The maximum possible reward amount is $1,000 in USDC.

How long does it take for the rebate to appear in my wallet?

The rebate will appear in your CEX.IO Wallet right after you complete the eligible transaction and claim the USDC reward in the Reward Center.

What if I still want to close my account?

You can proceed with account deletion at any time. Choosing not to use this offer has no impact on your ability to close your account.

I didn't receive the offer email. Am I still eligible?

If you submitted an account deletion request during the offer period, contact our support team, and they will confirm your eligibility.
