Customers can initiate a fiat deposit or instant crypto purchase without linking a new card. However, crypto transactions can be more convenient and seamless with a verified payment method.

How to link a payment method

  1. Open the CEX.IO App, and go to the Profile menu in the upper left.

2. Next, open Payment methods and tap Link a new account.

3. Choose a preferred payment method and provide the necessary details.

For example, to link a credit/debit card a customer needs to provide the card number and an expiry date. The CVV/CVC code will also be requested to secure this process.

To link a PayPal or Skrill account, log into their system using your credentials to pair with CEX.IO App.

Customers can link multiple payment methods to their account. However, please note that only personal cards and bank accounts are allowed. They must be issued in the name of the account holder: using payment methods belonging to friends or relatives is strictly prohibited.
