At CEX.IO, we keep working to provide our customers with more familiar and convenient payment methods. You can quickly and easily transfer USD, EUR, and GBP between your CEX.IO account and Skrill wallet.

Note that you need at least Identity level verification to access Skrill transfers. On the Limits and commissions page, you can check the minimum and maximum amounts you can transfer via Skrill and the list of countries where Skrill payments are not yet available.

Important: Before making a transfer, make sure your Skrill account and CEX.IO account are associated with the same email address.

Here’s a detailed guide on how to make deposits and withdrawals via Skrill on CEX.IO:

How to add (deposit) funds

To make a deposit from your Skrill wallet to CEX.IO:

1. Open the Wallet page and click the Add funds button in the upper right corner.

2. Choose USD, EUR, or GBP as the currency to deposit.

3. Click Select payment method, go to the Alternative Methods section, and choose Skrill.

4. Choose your linked Skrill account or click Link New Skrill Card and provide the email address.

4.1. If you choose to Link New Skrill Card, enter the email associated with your Skrill account. Please note that for successful and quick transaction processing, this email should be the same as the one associated with your CEX.IO account.

If the email address is different from the one associated with your CEX.IO account, it can cause a delay in processing your transaction as such transactions will be rejected and funds will be returned to the Skrill account.

4.2. You can give your Skrill account a unique name in the Title field. Also, you have an option to mark it as a Trusted*. To proceed, click the Link Account button.

* Transactions with Trusted payment methods will not require 2FA on each transaction

5. Enter the amount you want to deposit.

6. Click the Proceed button and verify the transaction details.

7. Check transaction details and click Confirm Deposit.

8. You'll need to log in to your Skrill account to complete the deposit.

The funds should appear on your CEX.IO balance the same day you confirm the transfer.
