The Statements tab on the Reports page allows customers to generate detailed downloadable reports for the required period.

Note: customers can generate up to 30 separate statements per month. The lifetime of the statement is 30 days from the moment of generation.

Statements tab navigation

  1. Account

    This filter allows adding the data from available sub-accounts to the future report. The “All accounts” filter is selected by default.

  2. Report Type

    Customers can choose between Balance and Transactions reports (4).

  3. New Statement button

  4. Reports list
    Shows the list of the statements that were generated before or queued for generating at the moment. Here you can find the following data:

    • Statement ID

    • Period

    • Report type (Balance or Transactions)

    • Account

    • Format (only CSV format is available at the moment)

    • Status

    • Action (Download button)

    Note: the time necessary for the generation of the specific statement depends on the number of selected parameters and the period.

  5. Details arrow - allows you to open the dropdown section (6) where you can find the next statement details:

    • Statement ID

    • Requested Date

    • Expiration Date

    • Period From and Period To

    • Report Type (Transactions or Balance)

    • Currency

    • Transaction type

    • Requested by (customer's ID on the platform).

  6. Status

    The current status of the statement generation. When requested, the statement receives the Queued status until the generation is completed. After that, it goes into the Completed status and the Download button (7) appears.

How to generate a new statement

The generation of a new statement begins with clicking on the New Statement button (3). After that, a pop-up window with necessary statement details appears.

Below you can find the step-by-step guide on how to fill in the statement details.

  1. Click the New Statement button to open the Generate New Statement window.

  2. Select the period that should be covered by the statement.

  3. Choose an account type.

  4. Choose sub-accounts if you want to add them to the statement.

  5. Select the Report Type (Balance or Transactions reports).

  6. Choose currencies to be displayed in the report.

  7. Select transaction types that should be included (this input is only available for Transactions statement type).

  8. Click Generate.

When generating the Balance report, the following parameters will be available:

  1. Period

  2. Account

  3. Currency

Note: Customers can generate the Trading Fee report by selecting the Trading Fee account.
