Crypto and fiat withdrawals are available for customers with Identity verification and higher. Also, keep in mind that bank transfers are not yet supported in the mobile app.
Here’s how to make a card withdrawal in the CEX.IO mobile app.
Navigate to the Withdrawal page.
Go to the Finances menu.
Select the currency you want to withdraw.
Click on the Withdrawal button.
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Double-check the total amount to see how much will be transferred after deducting the commission.
3. Choose the card you want to withdraw your funds to, or swipe left and Add a new card
4. Confirm the withdrawal.
Accept the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Payment Conditions, and Cardholder's Agreement
Tap Withdraw
Done! No additional confirmation is required. In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email from CEX.IO confirming a successful withdrawal.
