Using a payment card is the quickest way to deposit funds to your CEX.IO account. You can add fiat funds to your account in a few clicks using a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card and instantly purchase cryptocurrencies.
Customers can initiate a fiat deposit or instant crypto purchase without linking a new card. However, your crypto journey can be more convenient and smooth with a verified payment method.

How to link a payment method
To link your debit/credit card and other payment methods, go to our Wallet product and switch to the Account Manager tab. Then, click Add Credit/Debit card and provide your card credentials.
Customers can link multiple virtual or physical cards to their account. However, please note that only personal cards are allowed. They must be issued in the name of the account holder: using payment methods belonging to friends or relatives is strictly prohibited.
Payment card verification usually takes five minutes to complete. If all required information was entered correctly and your bank approves the transaction, your card will become available across our product ecosystem.
How to deposit funds
Once the card is linked to the CEX.IO account it can be used to make instant fiat deposits. Here's how to proceed:
On the Wallet page, click Add funds in the upper corner, then select the currency you wish to deposit under the account dashboard.
2. Confirm your selection, and then click Select payment method.
3. Go to Credit/Debit Card and choose your linked card or verify a new one.
4. Next, enter the amount you wish to deposit in the You will get field.
5. Check the fee and commission.
The total amount payable is indicated under the deposit amount in the You will send field. The Total amount under the Proceed button shows how much will be credited to your account.
6. Click Proceed.
7. Verify the payment details, and then click Confirm Deposit.
8. Accept the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Payment Conditions, and Cardholder's Agreement.
In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email from CEX.IO confirming a successful deposit.
