With CEX.IO, you can sell crypto for fiat currency and withdraw it to your verified bank card in a few clicks. Currently, CEX.IO supports USD, GBP and EUR across its product ecosystem.

Link a card

If you haven’t yet used your Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card on CEX.IO, you’ll need to link it to your CEX.IO account. Check out our Card Verification Guide to do that quickly.

Once you’ve connected a card to your CEX.IO account, you can make fiat withdrawals in a few clicks.

Withdraw funds

To do so, go to the Wallet page and click on the Withdrawal button next to the currency you want to withdraw. You can also use the Withdraw button in the top right corner. Please note, this function will only appear for positive balances.

After that:

  1. Choose Credit/Debit Card as the withdrawal method by clicking Select the destination.

Note: the availability of payment methods depends on the currency, your location, and verification level.

2. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw. Make sure to check the total amount in the You will receive field to see what funds will be sent to your card after deducting fees.

3. Read and agree with the Risk Notice by checking the box. Then, click Proceed.

4. Double-check the information you’ve entered and click Confirm Withdrawal.

5. Confirm your withdrawal with the two-factor authentication (2FA) code.

You’ll receive an email to the address connected with your CEX.IO account confirming your withdrawal request. As soon as it’s processed on our side, you’ll receive another notification by email. Usually, it takes only a few minutes for funds to be credited to your card. However, depending on the payment processing time of your bank it can take up to three working days.

When making withdrawals, pay attention to your daily and monthly limits. You can find your account limits on the Limits and Commissions page.

Please, note that prepaid cards are not supported for withdrawals.
