Tap on your name (Jane Citizen in the example) at the top of your profile card. This action will take you to the detailed account settings page, where you can view and modify your personal information.

Scroll down through the Account settings page until you find the "Address" section. This section displays your current residential address. Tap on the address field to proceed with updating it.

Step 4: Initiate Address Change

A new screen will appear with information about changing your address. Read the message which states: "To update your address or country of residence, you'll need to provide your current residential address for verification." Review this information and tap the "Continue" button to proceed.

Step 5: Enter your new Residential Address

You will now see a form with several fields to fill in:

Country: Select your new country from the dropdown menu

State/Region: Choose your state or region

Postal/Zip Code: Enter your postal or zip code

City: Enter the city name

Street Address: Enter your full street address

- State/Region: Barcelona

After selecting the document type, you have three options to provide the document:

- Take Photo: Capture a photo directly from your device's camera

- Photo Library: Select an existing photo from your device

- Upload File: Upload a file from your device's storage

Important Requirements:

- Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG

- Maximum file size: 30 MB

- The address must be clearly legible on the document

For this example, "Take Photo" was selected, allowing the user to photograph their utility bill directly.

Step 9: Capture and Submit Your Document

If using the "Take Photo" option, frame your document clearly so that all text—especially the address—is clearly visible and legible. Use the zoom controls (0.5x, 1x, 2, 3) to adjust the view as needed. Once you're satisfied with the image, tap the "PHOTO" button at the bottom of the screen to confirm and take the photo.

Step 10: Submit Your Information

Return to the document upload screen, where your selected file is now displayed. You should see your uploaded document listed with its filename and file size (for example, "CD3904C2-1A6A-4511-B90F-B26FA8A5AD74.jpg - 0.72 Mb").

Review all the information you've entered to ensure accuracy, then tap the "Submit" button to complete the address change process.

Once you've submitted your request:

1. CEX.IO will review the information and documents you provided
