To enhance protection against phishing attempts and provide greater control over your account security, there is an option to manage sessions and connected devices on your account. Regularly reviewing the Session manager section is a good security practice to ensure no suspicious activity has taken place.

Navigation

  1. Sign in to your CEX.IO account.

  2. Click on the Profile menu in the upper right and choose the Security tab.

3. Scroll down a little to the Session manager section.

Here you may see the names of all connected devices along with the time of their last activity, information about their location, and IP addresses.

If the device has an active session there will be an Online label near its name.

Sessions termination

You may terminate a specific session by clicking on the icon on the right side of a device or terminate all sessions except the current one by clicking the Terminate all sessions button above the list of all devices.


After clicking on any of the options, you will be asked to confirm your action. Click Terminate to proceed.
