Open the Google Chrome browser
Open the Exchange Plus website
Enable the Developers Tools (Right mouse click => Inspect or F12 button)
Select the Console tab in the header of Developers Tools, reload the page keeping the Dev Tools open, make a screenshot of the Console Tab with the errors in it, and provide us with a screenshot made.
Select the Network tab in the header of Developers Tools, select the All option from the Networks tab header, and reload the page keeping the Dev Tools open.
After a long list appears, check it for red highlighted items, if there are any - please provide us with a screenshot so they were visible on it.
Select the WS option from the Networks tab header.
Press the Export HAR button, save the file to your computer and provide us with it.
