For security reasons, we close CEX.IO Cards that have been inactive for 3 months or more. A card is considered inactive if there have been no successful transactions during this period.
In case of inactivity, we will notify you by email of the planned closing date.
How can I avoid card closure?
Simply complete a transaction before the three-month period ends. This includes any purchase transactions with your card or top-ups on your CEX.IO Card.
What happens after my card is closed?
You will no longer be able to use this card.
You can claim a new card later.
