Supported countries

You can сlaim a CEX.IO Card if you live in one of the European Economic Area (EEA) countries:

  • Austria

  • Belgium

  • Bulgaria

  • Croatia

  • Czech Repub­lic

  • Denmark

  • Estonia

  • Finland

  • France

  • Germany

  • Greece

  • Hungary

  • Iceland

  • Ireland

  • Italy

  • Latvia

  • Liechtenstein

  • Lithuania

  • Luxembourg

  • Malta

  • Netherlands

  • Norway

  • Poland

  • Portugal

  • Republic of Cyprus

  • Romania

  • Slovakia

  • Slovenia

  • Spain

  • Sweden

Acceptable Identity documents

EU region (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Repub­lic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden):

  • National ID Card;

  • International passport.

Other non-EU countries (Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland):

  • International passport.

Address verification requirements

Address verification is required to issue a card if an Identity document was not issued in the EU country.
