How It Works
Step 1: Make a Transaction — Purchase any crypto via Instant Buy, or make a fiat/card deposit.
Step 2: Receive Your Cashback
Once your transaction is complete, you'll receive a notification to claim your reward in the Notification Center in the CEX.IO App.
Once claimed, relevant cashback will be credited to your CEX.IO account in Bitcoin.
Note: New CEX.IO users, as well as first-time buyers/depositors, will receive 50% fees back in BTC as a cashback. All other users will receive a 10% fee cashback.
Step 3: Earn With No Limit — After you claim your first cashback, you can continue purchasing crypto via Instant Buy or depositing fiat to receive 10% cashback in BTC.

All cashback rewards are paid in Bitcoin (BTC) at the market rate at the time of credit.

Q: Can I earn both 50% and 10% cashback?
A: Yes! First-time users get 50% cashback on their very first qualifying transaction, then automatically earn 10% cashback on all additional purchases and deposits made through December 25. It's a double win.
Q: How do I claim my cashback?
A: After each qualifying transaction, you'll receive a notification that your BTC cashback is ready. Simply go to your Notification Center and claim it. The process is automatic and instant.
Q: When will I receive my cashback?
A: Cashback is calculated immediately after your transaction completes. You'll receive a notification when it's ready for claiming in your Notification Center.
Q: What fees does the cashback apply to?
