By participating in the 50 USDC Promotion for US (“Promotion”), you agree to these Official Rules, the CEX.IO Promotion and Reward Center Terms, and the CEX.IO Terms of Use, which each form a contract. Read them carefully before entering. This Promotion is a deposit incentive and does not include any elements of a sweepstakes, contest, or game of chance.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Promotion is CEX.IO Corp. (to the extent it is identified as your contractual counterparty under the applicable Terms of Use, is referred to in these Official Rules as “CEX.IO” or “Sponsor”).
2. Period
The Promotion begins on June 24, 2026, 10 AM EST and will continue until June 30, 2026, 12 PM EST. CEX.IO expects to distribute up to fifty (50) promotional rewards under this Promotion; however, CEX.IO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to increase the number of rewards available or to terminate the Promotion at any time by publishing a notice on the CEX.IO website, Help Center, or official social media channels.
Any participant who has successfully enrolled in the Promotion and satisfied all applicable eligibility and qualification requirements before the effective time of such notice will remain eligible to receive the applicable reward in accordance with these Official Rules.
3. Eligible Areas
Offered only for eligible users who are legal residents of the United States. CEX.IO’s licenses and corresponding required disclosures can be found on the Licenses and Registrations page, which is incorporated here by reference. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Eligibility
You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Period, you:
must be a New User in good standing, be at least eighteen years of age at the time of participation and be a legal resident of the United States, in a jurisdiction, where CEX.IO may lawfully make the Promotion and its Services available;
shall otherwise comply with Terms of Use, Promotion and Reward Center Terms, and these Terms;
are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
CEX.IO may restrict or deny participation or the distribution of any Reward where required by law, regulatory requirements, fraud and AML controls, banking partner requirements, or risk policies, as contemplated by the Terms of Use.
5. How to Participate
To participate in this Promotion and qualify for the Reward, you must complete the following steps during the Period:
5.1 User Eligibility. A User must qualify as a New User, meaning a User who, as of the time of registration and participation in the Promotion, has never previously created, registered for, opened, held, or maintained a CEX.IO Account (including any Account that was closed, suspended, restricted, or otherwise terminated) and is not linked or attributable to any existing or prior account under the Terms of Use. CEX.IO may determine New User status using reasonable compliance and anti-fraud controls and may deny qualification and/or withhold the Reward where it reasonably suspects circumvention, duplicate or multiple accounts, misuse, or any breach of applicable law, sanctions/AML requirements, or the Terms.
New User shall successfully open a new CEX.IO Account through the link on promo landing page https://cex.io/reward-center-us-promo-june-2026 and and complete any required identity verification (KYC/AML) during the Period;
5.2 Qualifying Action. A qualifying action occurs when the User both registers using the Promotional Link and completes the Qualifying Action. “Qualifying Action” means a Deposit of Funds to the Account in an amount of no less than $100 (or equivalent, as determined by CEX.IO), using Fiat or Digital Asset(s) via a supported payment channel available on the Platform at the time. For deposits made in Digital Asset(s), CEX.IO will determine the US Dollar equivalent based on the valuation methodology and time of crediting reflected in CEX.IO systems. The Qualifying Action must be completed and not reversed, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise invalidated.
6. Reward
Amount: For each qualifying action completed in accordance with these Official Rules, CEX.IO will credit 50 USDC (or the equivalent value in another Digital Asset as determined by CEX.IO at its sole discretion) to the User.
Limit: Only one reward may be granted per User Account. The aggregate promotion pool is capped at the first 50 Qualifying Users. Once 50 Qualifying Users join the promotion, it will be announced on CEX.IO social media and Help Center. If a User enrolls after 50 Users join and before the Announcement is released, they will qualify for the reward if all the requirements are met.
No chance and allocation mechanics. No random drawing, random selection, or chance based allocation is used. Qualification and allocation are determined exclusively by the order in which Qualifying Users are recorded as completed in CEX.IO systems..
Rewards are not transferable and no cash alternative or substitutions are permitted.
7. Disqualification
CEX.IO may, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disqualify any User, and withhold, reverse, cancel, or claw back any Reward (including by offsetting against balances in the User’s Account), where CEX.IO at its sole discretion determines that the User has engaged in any of the following (each a Prohibited Conduct):
1. Sub-accounting, or multi-accounting, including creating or using multiple Accounts (or otherwise attempting to circumvent eligibility or Reward limits), whether directly or through third parties.
2. Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, deceptive solicitation, or misleading communications in connection with the Promotion, including any activity that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with CEX.IO’s brand, compliance, or consumer-protection standards.
3. Submission of false, forged, altered, or otherwise counterfeit identification or verification materials, or any misrepresentation in connection with onboarding, verification, or participation.
4. Misuse, abuse, or bad-faith conduct, including any activity intended to improperly obtain a Reward, circumvent controls (incl. VPN circumvention), manipulate outcomes, or otherwise act contrary to the spirit and purpose of the Promotion.
5. Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated statements about the Promotion, the Platform, the Services, or the Reward, including statements that misstate eligibility, likelihood of receiving a Reward, Reward availability after the cap is reached, or the nature of the Promotion as not involving chance.
For the avoidance of doubt, CEX.IO may take the above actions in addition to any other remedies available under the Terms of Use, Promotion and Reward Center Terms and applicable law, including suspension or termination of the Account and/or restriction of Services.
8. General Rules
Modification: Participation is conditioned on your ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Terms of Use, eligibility requirements that may apply to the Promotion. CEX.IO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion (in whole or in part) if: (i) fraud, abuse, manipulation, or suspected misconduct occurs; (ii) any technical, security, or operational failure (including platform outages, systems errors, or third-party service disruptions) impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion; (iii) force majeure events occur; (iv) legal, regulatory, supervisory, sanctions, or policy changes render the Promotion illegal, impracticable, or inconsistent with CEX.IO’s policies; or (v) market disruption, abnormal volatility, liquidity constraints, or any other factors affect the Promotion’s intended operation.
Taxes: Users are solely responsible for any tax, duty, levy, reporting, or other governmental charges arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of any Reward. Sponsor may require completion of tax forms (e.g., Form W-9) and may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax reporting as required by law. Failure to timely provide required information may result in forfeiture.
Standard Terms: These Official Rules apply only to the specific Promotion mechanics described herein. All matters not expressly governed by these Official Rules are governed by, and incorporated by reference into these Official Rules: (i) Terms of Use, (ii) the Promotion and Reward Center Terms, and (iii) where referral commissions are concerned, the Affiliate Program Terms (each as amended from time to time, together, the “Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency, these Official Rules prevail solely in respect of the Promotion-specific subject matter they regulate; otherwise, the Terms remain controlling. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Privacy Policy.
Administration: CEX.IO’s determination of eligibility, qualification, timing, and Reward availability and/or calculations, issuance, withholding, forfeiture, or disqualification, are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay by CEX.IO to enforce any right under these Official Rules constitutes a waiver of that right.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Promotion you agree to release and hold harmless CEX.IO, its group companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your participation in, access to, or inability to participate in the Promotion; (b) the provision, receipt, non-receipt, acceptance, use, misuse, loss, or inability to use any Reward; (c) any technical, systems, network, platform, device, or third-party service issues (including outages, delays, transmission failures, or errors) affecting the Promotion; and/or (d) any act or omission by you or any third party in connection with the Promotion or any Reward. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY RELEASED PARTY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if a Released Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of whether any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for failure to deliver a Reward that has been validly earned and properly claimed, except where such failure results from a transaction reversal, legal or regulatory requirements, technical error, or the User’s breach of these Rules or the applicable Terms.
