With the CEX.IO mobile app, you can fund your account balance with crypto in a few taps. All you need to do is copy your CEX.IO wallet address and send money to it from your external wallet.
In the CEX.IO mobile app:
- Go to Wallet
- Tap Deposit
- Choose the currency you want to deposit
You’ll see your CEX.IO wallet address for the selected currency. Now copy this address or scan the QR code with your external wallet.
Before making a deposit, please check the minimum amount required for transactions in the selected currency on our limits and commissions page. If the amount of your deposit is lower, we will not be able to process it.
Please note that you need to include a memo ID for XLM and a destination tag for XRP deposits to CEX.IO. A missing or incorrect memo ID or destination tag can lead to loss of funds.
To sum up, making a crypto deposit to your CEX.IO account make sure:
- Your CEX.IO address is correct and up-to-date
- Your deposit amount is equal to or higher than the required minimum
- You’re using the wallet for the currency you’re going to send
- You’ve included the memo ID or destination tag if needed
To see the history of your deposits and withdrawals, go to the Wallet page, choose the currency and switch to Payments. Tap one of your transactions to see more details like time, amount, and link in the blockchain.
