Unable to verify account via mobile app?

If you are trying to verify account via the mobile app, but the verification process returns "Something went wrong" error, please follow the steps below:

1) Log into web account https://cex.io

2) Verify your phone number

3) Try to pass the verification again in the mobile app.

4) If step 3 does not work, try to pass phone verification in web version https://cex.io  via pressing the button "Skip identity verification".
