    how long after confirmation before it is in my bank account, minutes have passed, it says instant... or is the money i withdrew just gone now? (you could tell us it doesnt work on weekends)...

    @up102074523 The withdrawal to cards are instant unless bank requires some processing time. Please check it mentions "Though, both withdrawal types usually take less."

    Would love to use this feature, but even after following every compliance step, my photo is being rejected but no one is saying why.  Filed a ticket, but now no one is responding to me, and I cannot be verified.  Very difficult to use withdraws to payment cards if CEX is rejecting people who do everything they ask and then ignore them.

    Please check the request you have sent to support, you have been provided with the ARN and RRN number of the transaction which is acquired only if a transaction is completed using cards.

    We are trying everything possible to assist you so that your bank can trace the transaction at their end.

    I tried to withdraw money to my both payment cards, but they are rejected and I was not told why. at least, I am willing to be informed about the error so I can fix it.

    Honestly speaking, I don`t understand what is the purpose of a feature if you can`t use it.

    card verification is taking ages. it has been more than 15 days and my card are not verified yet . 

    every time i get in touch with support, they say it is still under process...

    as of now, i can`t make any money withdraw. the matter is urgent. If you have chance, please check my status. userID is up105324412
