How to withdraw funds using payment cards?

CEX.IO has introduced a new innovative feature to withdraw funds to your credit/debit card directly. 

In order to withdraw funds you will be required to add a payment card to your account. This can be done by clicking here.

If you already have a payment card added to your account please follow the steps below to initiate the process:

    1. Go to your CEX.IO finance page and click “withdraw”.
    2. Specify the amount to withdraw and the card to credit.
    3. Confirm withdrawal with 2FA.
    4. Enjoy using your withdrawn funds!

Note: You are able to withdraw USD, EUR or RUB to a card in you local currency and the amount will be automatically converted to the local currency. But in case you have a card linked to account in RUB from Russia you will be able to withdraw funds in RUB only.
