How can I deposit my FIAT funds to CEX.IO?

Fiat deposits can be made using using the following methods:

  1. Wire transfer (USD/EUR/GBP)
  2. Payment cards (USD/EUR/RUB)
  3. Crypto capital transfer (USD/EUR/GBP)

    Dear JOSHUA BOND,

    Please be informed that fiat deposits via the payment card, are almost instant, though the exact processing time depends on your bank.

    I have two issues:  

    1.I deposited a certain amount using my debit card and it instantly showed up under the fiat currency.

     And i tried to withdraw to the same card but its showing pending for a while.

    2.When i deposited the above amount using my debit card ,an additional transaction happened which was almost of the same amount. i found it in my bank account statement.

    The additional withdrawl is listed as  ECP OCT Service POS DEBIT london  in my account statement.I didn't create this request.

    Please let me know how to resolve both the issues as my whole account is emptied now!

    I created  tickets but no reply.

    Hello,
    I make a deposit in EUR and my bank already processed it few days ago.
    How long do you need to credit the founds to my account once the bank
    make the transaction? And I have another question,  I opened more than
    one deposit request but I send the founds only to one, is it possible
    to delete the others or will they expired in some time.

    Please check out my ticket ,i have been on it since  a week.

    The bank is asking for details  which i have mentioned in the ticket.

    Where the funds are kept is a location which cannot be revealed publicly due to security concerns. I hope you understand there concern.

    Hi Mr. Akhil G, can you tell me what happens if I deposit the wrong fiat currency into a bank transfer deposit request? I deposited EUR into a deposit request for USD.

    Same problem here! made a deposit via sepa on 06 July and it hasn't shown up yet in my balance. Only one reply about "Verification Account Plus timing" and no other reply about money transfer.
    It's not serious behavior..

    They are disastrously slow.. If they were cheaters they would have closed for a long time.
    Have you now received your money in the meantime?

    • Bank transfer: payments can take up to 14 business days to reach our account - the exact time depends on bank processing.


    I sent a SEPA of 10.000€ ! on 29/06/2017 ( 1 month ago ), i check my bank successful, but today 24/07/2017, i still do not have my money available in my trading account or response to our ticket request.

    I already open issues on support but are still opened 
    Any news ?

    I have made a deposit via wire transfer on 23rd of May (7 weeks ago!) and it hasn't shown up yet in my balance. My Request 238026 (opend about one month ago) has been replied with a general statement giving me no info at all.

    I am very worried about my money.

    In this case you may use that account to fund your CEX.IO account.

    I have checked and your card is verified , kindly please check again.

     

    Regarding your transaction I can see that the funds you have deposited were immediately withdrawn from your account back to your card. I don't see 2 deposits. Nevertheless, the case was sent to the financed department for further checking.

    Hello, I sent a SEPA transfer of 100 euros on 07/29/2017 and I still do not have my money available. SEPA transfers are fast I do not understand the delay.

    I'd like to add a 3D secure Visa card to upload deposit, but I can select only USA at the billing address.
