Why is my payment on pending status?

Deposits:

  • Crypto: we require at least 3 confirmations before BTC (100 confirmations for ETH) are credited to your account. This can take anywhere between 1-24 hours, except for cases of unforeseen or unavoidable network issues. 
  • Bank transfer: payments can take up to 14 business days to reach our account - the exact time depends on bank processing.
  • Payment card:
    1. your card verification is still incomplete - if the verification has just been submitted - please allow our compliance team 15-20 minutes to process it. In case your application could not be approved right away our compliance team will inform you via email on what needs to be corrected. 
    2. your card is verified, but the deposit requires clearing from financial officer due to compliance policies - this is an unusual case but if you encounter it - please contact our support team

Withdrawals:

  • Crypto: please allow up to 1 hour (except for cases of unforeseen or unavoidable network issues) for the blockchain to pick up your transaction.
  • Bank transfer: Your withdrawal is being processed by financial officer. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, but the time can be expanded in case the payment details are incorrect or incomplete, or if the transaction is rejected. In order to avoid delays - please check your payment details with your bank. After the payment is processed by financial agent it will take some time to reach your account - it depends on bank processing.
  • Payment card: your transaction requires clearing from a financial officer. This is an unusual case, and if you encounter it, please contact our support team

    Hi I deposited once and now I cant deposit anymore. Says "Transaction processing failure" and to check with my bank. Everythings fine with my card and my bank. The payment to CEXIO is still pending on my side is this why or what? If so why does the page say I can deposit 3 times a day if it's really once every couple days after a charge is done pendind on my banks end?

    There is a limit of 3 successful transactions within 24 hours. So kindly check you will be able to deposit the funds after 24 hours from the first deposit of the 3 last successful deposits

    I did a withdraw to my bank account but it's been since 25-05-2017 and the withdraw is still pending.

    I have already open a ticket but there is no response.

    I asked if it could be canceled, but again no response

    The Fact is Bank wire withdrawals are not processed fast. Your support doesn't even reply to Open Tickets. What's wrong with your bank withdrawal request ? I have submitted my withdrawal request a week back , all information is double checked and still the transaction is pending !!!!

    I requested SEPA bank withdrawal on the 12th of may and still did not receive my money!

    Neither did I get a response on mails sent.

    Please come back to me and take immediate action or I will be forced to take legal action.
