What is wrong with my documents for verification?

Verification plays an important role, as CEX.IO follows strict KYC/AML policies in its goal to promote bitcoin as legal tender.     I have personally escalated your concern to the compliance department. I would like to inform you that support department doesn't't process such request and as I mentioned earlier such procedures may take some time. 

    Nevertheless, your request will be processed in the nearest time.

    As I mentioned we are unable to mention your account details here. There are no intentions of CEX.IO to keep you away from trading . 

     

     Please consider that the FAQ section is not meant to discuss personal account details due to security reasons and such comments are monitored and filtered.
