What is wrong with my documents for verification?

Verification plays an important role, as CEX.IO follows strict KYC/AML policies in its goal to promote bitcoin as legal tender. If your verification is rejected you should have received an explanatory email from our compliance department stating reason/reasons for its rejection.     Do you have a Russian translator? or a person who understand Russian? I have no documents in English language, I'v wrote several times to support, I don't know what to do!!!! I'm tired, please help me!!!

    Вы конечно извините, но сколько можно ждать?

    Я уже 3 дня жду подтверждения, от поддержки ни ответа, ни привета,карту главное подтвердили,а место жительства не хотят принимать ни в какую, будто не видят.В общем еду в банк,требовать эту бумагу на английском, если дадут то отправлю, если нет, то не знаю, видимо для ваших специалистов место прописки в гражданском паспорте не имеет никакого значения, хотя там ясно написано латинскими буквами, я даже отдельно отправлял, стрелочки сделал, и пояснил рядом, где и что. Всё равно тишина, ждать уже терпения нет. Отправлял и выписку из налоговой, и метрику, и диплом, всё в ноль, причём на почту почти сразу приходят сообщения от поддержки, что документ не соответствует требованиям.

    В общем я еду в банк сейчас, а там уже точно будет ясно,светит мне тут или не светит.

    Получил документ с горем пополам.

    Отправил на  рассмотрение, не знаю уже , если и на этот раз не примут, то я уже ничего более сделать не смогу.

    Official proof of residence from Belgian National government. Not accepted
    Statement from your work, containing address and details of employment. Not accepted.

    Faulty arguments given for rejection. "Sorry, but we need document, that issued for last 4 month." Document was scanned minutes ago, clearly mentions July 2016, Immediate reply using false arguments. At least be honest to your potential customers and say that you won't verify anybody...

    up101779751 As per your case the document you have provider is issued over 4 months ago, I believe it is required to check the response from compliance department. This will help you to get your account verified.

    The concern is not when it was scanned but when it was issued. We are being honest at each and every step and it is not in the company's interest to falsely reject applications.

    WTf about verifying. I send My card photo next to my DLicence. picture captured with Samsung Glaxy s6. with 16mpixell.. and your says "Low resulotion..." i think you need googles for blaming that pictures as bad resulotions...

    been trying for hrs to get my card verified compliance offer keeps asking for national id i sent my dl next to my card cant get verified but cex io sure as hell took money off my card hows that work?

    @up102906303 funds are never taken from your card(until TX is completed) , they could be on hold. Please check with your bank for the status of funds.

    my id UP103102773,  i have made $20 transaction from my bank account to my cex account wallet but still now there is no money added to my wallet so please check to get my money back and also funds are debited form my bank account

    In order to get the funds on your account the card should be verified. The tx is rejected to so please check with your bank. The funds might have kept on held by your bank.
