How to create or redeem vouchers?

CEX.IO vouchers can be used to instantly transfer BTC between CEX.IO accounts without any fees.  

Voucher creation

  • Unfortunately CEX.IO has discontinued transfer of funds using vouchers, so the option for creation of new vouchers has been removed. Only the unused vouchers which were created before can be redeemed.

Voucher Redemption

  • Go to the finance page
  • Paste your voucher code in the space
  • click on the “Redeem” button

Attention: It is unsafe to buy CEX.IO voucher codes on third-party sites and web-stores. Only accept vouchers from someone you personally know and trust. CEX.IO will not investigate queries about inactive vouchers purchased elsewhere.

    An option to create vouchers is no longer available at CEX.IO.
    Though, you are still able to redeem a voucher that was created earlier.
