    I made a card withdrawal yesterday, which confirmed successfully, but has not yet hit my account. Is this maintenance related to that delay?

    Dear Mircea!

    Please consider that card withdrawals, that have been successfully completed on our end, may be processed up to 3 working days depending on your card issuing bank.

    Visa works, but Master not works...

    Quite strange, I have checked  at our end it seems to be fine. Have you tried another browser or so?

    Yes, Now I tried 2 different Master cards, and 2 different Visa cards, both Visas work, both Masters don't work with the error ' The server is temporarily unavailable. Some of your data might be lost. Please try again later.'

    Tried on Chrome, Internet explorer and CEX.IO app on android. I sent ticket about this issue, but still couldn't get response.

    Hi! It is possible that my credit card is accepted for payments and not for withdrawals?
    It has been rejected instantly as soon as i make the transaction in the last few days.

    Hello, 

    i requested a card withdrawal on 25th of May and there is still no activity. I also contacted support via email on the 29th and received no reply so far.

    Dear Akhil G

    I have been trying to deposit funds into my account using my visa debit card but i am getting a response that my card has been declined and i should try another card or contact support. A day before (Thursday 1 June 2017) i was able to deposit using the same visa card but since Friday 2nd June 2017  i am getting the above mentioned message when i try to deposit funds using my visa card. My user i.d is  up105570281. I have sent several emails to support but have had no response?

    Hello Helpdesk team,

     

    i am unable to withdraw money back to my mastercard from the begining.

    The think is that despite the fact that i can deposit money to CEX.IO i cannot withdraw back to my bank account.

    I am recieveing the auto reply message that the withdrawal was rejected.

    Can you please tell me why ? I have the same problem 3 weeks now.

    It makes me lose my trust for your platform...

    I have sent 2 messages to the helpdesk without recieving any answer until now.
