Bank details changed (USD and GBP)

Dear Users,

 

We are here to inform that payment details for wire transfers have been updated. These changes have been introduced only for deposits in USD and GBP only

So it is a kind request for all the users, who are funding their account via wire transfers, to deposit using the updated details available on their account.

    How to add USD Bank Account not Visa Card ?

    Once you are verified you will be able to use Bank transfer while depositing/withdrawals as per the limitations mentioned in the finance section.

    Hi there...have opened an account about 10 days ago and has not been verified yet.  Is there an issue or is it normal to take that long to verify new accounts?

       I've been waiting a couple of weeks to be verified.  Does it normally take this long?

    Normally it doesn't take that long but due to overload it is taking time for compliance team to process your requests.
