    Hi Akhil, I initiated SEPA withdraw and now it says 

    Minimum 1 successful SWIFT payment is recommended for successful SEPA transaction

    what does this mean? I already initiated the withdraw.My ticket is 242746. How soon this SEPA can be cleared ?

    Thanks Akhil, but I am not sure if you reply is for Mahmoud or me. In any case, its been already several hours since withdraw was initiated and I did not receive any update on its status yet. Things like this gets new crypto enthusiasts like me nervous.

    Hi Akhil, first of all thank you for taking care of the matter.

    I received email with title SEPA Transfer Withdrawal Confirmed. But then I also received email from your team mentioning that "It usually takes up to 20 banking days for the banking system to process with your payment."

    If find it really strange as if SEPA transfer is initiated by you, then it is always deposited next working day to the beneficiary. I also called up your bank Spoldzielczy w Skierniewicach and they said the same about SEPA transfer crediting to beneficiary next day. Please let me know if there is some confusion somewhere. Some transparency will help to me to trade on your exchange worry free.

    I should also mention that I am really happy with the quick support response from your team. Getting support response if very difficult lately from any other exchange lately. Keep it up! much appreciated.

    @ Manu Kindly wait for some time, SEPA transfers are usually very fast and take couple of days usually.

    Thanks for response. I checked and its not there yet. I will check again later today and confirm. Usually from all other exchanges it is credited next day. 

    Btw, how do I change my name in support forums to my public profile name.

    Hi Akhil, all other SEPA initiated from other exchanges on 15/6  are deposited to our account yesteday, only yours is still not showing. Such things gets me worried as SEPA is usually 1 working day.
