Your account BTC wallet address has changed

Dear Users,

From today, new addresses were assigned to your BTC account wallets.

Old BTC wallet addresses continue working well.

Though, we recommend to use new addresses for depositing BTC: SegWit transactions tend to be processed faster and at a smaller cost.

    I have already processed a btc transaction to my old btc address and now my address has changed. The transaction in not confirmed till now though. How will i be able to claim my old address?

    Transaction took longer than usual but arrived finally.

    My support ticket for credit card verification is still pending too for days now. I'm not able to enter the amount deducted from my account  to verify the card. How much longer will it take for support to resolve these issues? It's been days...

    Hello, realized that my BTC address has changed, will I still receive BTC using the previous address? instead of this new address as I did give the previous address to others and I can't be getting them to update their records. Please advise. Thanks,

    Hi, whats going on with your finance team? its almost one week since SEPA withdrawal, amount still not received. No details about SEPA transaction provided by you. Customer should be beware of such things, when funds are needed we need to wait for weeks before you process.
