    My tickets are unanswered for over 7 days (ticket ID : 226129, 229182). I made ETH deposit, it has not been credited for over 7 days now! Despite there are thousands of confirmations.

    THIS IS VERY URGENT AS I AM MAKING LOSSES BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE AND POOR SERVICE OF CEX!

    Your mailbox is full and more emails cannot be sent. Kindly delete the emails which are not needed and all will be fixed.

    Hello @Akhil G I did make a withdraw to my  verified Visa Debit Card from my CEX account amount 61 usd and It does not appear inside my bank debit card account, I write to support@cex.io and no body answer.... Other thing I have more than 6 days awaiting for account verification and i am still unverified account what is happening if i provided all information requested?

    People there, may be you are reading this(support cex may be too):

    CEX is a great platform you can buy, sell bitcoin and transfer your sales to your credit card directly it is excellent and works if you wants to buy 1000$ in btc monthly. The main problem is GET VERIFIED to increase that limit, my history has more than 7 days than I submitted all the requested oficial documents,I ask to support and no one solve my problem, support just do not care if I get verified or not. 

    People there if you are planning to do business with CEX first read this comment due to it is a true history and prefer have in your property a big tree for read a ton of books while CEX support bring you support and get your account verified.

    up106116614 I have asked the team to check your case. It is not the case that support doesn't care. Due to the overload of requests and users panicking and writing everywhere and to support using different emails and for one request about 10-20 tickets worsens the situation. Team is working 24/7 to help you but it is a pity that it is taking time to get back to you.

    When you do a good work no one complains, it is a universal truth, as you can see if this this happens due to something wrong. I am not the guy who submitted the form today and wants right now get solved but 7 days waiting it is not a good reference at all. 

    May be it is not your fault, may be CEX needs more workers to get all things done(In every case It is not my fault may be your boss fault). But never say to the client it a pity taking time to get back you. The client it is not the guilty than something inside your department or organization is wrong.

    It is unrespectful inside internet write all in bold as you see in my request all font is normal case and without bold. You need to drive you better.

    I do not expect an answer from you, In this scenario I will not say you thank you.(because the pity you wrote).

    Erick I never said that it is your fault. It is our responsibility to that the customers right and with pace. Please don't take me wrong here.
