In an effort to improve the onboarding process for our ecosystem, we would like to introduce a Loyalty Bonus for new customers.
How to obtain your Loyalty Bonus:
New, eligible CEX.IO users may receive an email, stating they can earn a random crypto bonus worth from 10,000 SHIB up to 0.01 BTC. To opt-in for this bonus, just click the ”Opt-in” button in the email.
After that, users need to make a deposit, or complete a crypto purchase via our Instant Buy service, of at least $100.
Once the transaction is successful, users will receive a confirmation email, showing the random bonus they received.
Loyalty Bonuses will be distributed to CEX.IO account balances within seven (7) days of receiving the confirmation email.
Depending on their activity within the ecosystem, users have a chance to receive additional Loyalty Bonuses. By following the same process highlighted above, users can earn another random reward, and enjoy an increased chance of winning a larger denomination.
Please keep in mind that relevant emails will be sent from an address that ends with @cex.io, with the terms and conditions to receive our Loyalty Bonuses described within. Please beware of scammers and impersonators.

Only verified CEX.IO users who received Loyalty Bonus emails will be eligible to receive rewards.
