Eligible U.S. users can choose to access the cryptocurrency ecosystem, and select digital asset services in compliance with their state’s local regulatory landscape.

CEX.IO maintains more than 30 Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) in the U.S., and updates its current regulatory status in each applicable state here.

At present, U.S. participants based in eligible states can access the following digital assets for Instant Buy, Sell, Convert and store services:
