Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What happens if I accidentally send funds to my old address?
For now, deposits sent to your old addresses will still be credited to your CEX.IO wallet. However, processing may be significantly delayed. We strongly recommend updating your saved details immediately to avoid potential disruption or loss of funds.
Do I need to move my current balance?
No. Your funds are entirely safe, and your current balance remains intact within your secure CEX.IO wallet infrastructure. This is a routine backend update to optimize network security.
Is my balance safe?
Yes. This update only affects deposit addresses going forward. Your current balances and access to your assets on CEX.IO remain completely unaffected.
