By participating in the $1,000 in Easter Crypto Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to these Official Rules, the CEX.IO Promotion and Reward Center Terms, and the CEX.IO Terms of Use, which each form a contract. Read them carefully before entering. This Promotion is a reward program and does not include any elements of a sweepstakes, contest, or game of chance.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Promotion is (i) CEX.IO Corp., or (ii) CEX OVRS LLC, depending on the entity that is identified as your contractual counterparty under the applicable Terms of Use governing your use of the Services (each, a “Sponsor”, and together, “CEX.IO”). For the avoidance of doubt, your participation in the Promotion is sponsored by the relevant entity with which you have entered into a contractual relationship, as determined by your place of residence and the applicable Terms of Use.
2. Period
The Promotion begins on 03 April 2026 at 00:00:00 UTC, and ends on 12 April 2026, at 23:59 UTC (the “Period”).
3. Eligible Areas
Offered only where CEX.IO provides service and where permitted by applicable law, for eligible users who are legal residents of the countries served by CEX.IO, except for the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

4. Eligibility
You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and during the Period, you:
have a valid, active, and fully verified CEX.IO Account;
must be a User in good standing, and be a legal resident of the country where CEX.IO may lawfully make the Promotion and its Services available, except for the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
shall otherwise comply with Terms of Use, Promotion and Reward Center Terms, and these Terms;
are not otherwise ineligible under applicable law.
CEX.IO may restrict or deny participation where required by law, regulatory requirements, fraud and AML controls, banking partner requirements, or risk policies, all as contemplated by the Terms of Use.
5. How to Participate
To participate in this Promotion and qualify for the Reward, you must complete the following steps during the Period:
Find the Easter symbol: Find all Easter symbols across the CEX.IO mobile app.
Opt in: Click on each Easter symbol you find to opt in to the Promotion and be eligible for the Reward.
Qualifying Action: A qualifying action is finding and clicking on ALL the Easter symbols which means opt in to the Promotion.
6. Reward
Amount & Calculation: Total prize pool is equivalent to $1,000 in various digital assets. Eligible Users will receive a promotional reward as follows:
1 reward Diamond Bitcoin Egg ~ $100 in BTC
5 rewards Golden DOGE Eggs ~ $10 in DOGE each
25 rewards Silver FLOKI Eggs ~ $2 in FLOKI each
8,000 rewards Bronze SHIB Eggs ~ $0.1 in SHIB each
Limit and Allocation. The total promotion prize pool is limited and will be awarded to the first 8,031 eligible participants who successfully complete the Qualifying Action, strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, as determined solely by the timestamp recorded in CEX.IO’s systems. Eligibility for a Reward is not guaranteed and is contingent upon the availability of the remaining prize pool at the time the Qualifying Action is completed. Once the total prize pool of $1,000 (in cryptocurrencies) has been fully allocated, no further Rewards will be issued, even if the Promotion Period has not expired. Only one reward per user is allowed.
Conversion & Exchange Rate: The Rewards are denominated in BTC, DOGE, FLOKI, and SHIB. The amount of the respective cryptocurrency to be credited will be calculated based on the prevailing market exchange rate as displayed on the Platform at the time of the Qualifying Action. CEX.IO is not responsible for any fluctuations in the price of digital assets between the time of the transaction, the time the Reward is claimed, and the time of any subsequent withdrawal.
Distribution & Claim: The reward will be credited to users’ CEX.IO wallet upon completion of the qualifying action and claiming it in the Reward Center in the CEX.IO mobile App. Users will receive the notification when their reward can be claimed in the Reward Center. The reward must be claimed within ten days of notification receipt; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
Nature of Reward: Once credited, the Reward is fully withdrawable and transferable, subject to the Platform’s standard security verification and withdrawal procedures. The Reward has no expiration date once claimed and reflected in the user's cryptocurrency wallet balance.
7. Disqualification
CEX.IO may, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disqualify any User, and withhold, reverse, cancel, or claw back any Reward (including by offsetting against balances in the User’s Account), where CEX.IO at its sole discretion determines that the User has engaged in any of the following (each a Prohibited Conduct):
1. Self-referral, sub-accounting, or multi-accounting, including creating or using multiple Accounts (or otherwise attempting to circumvent eligibility or Reward limits), whether directly or through third parties.
2. Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, deceptive solicitation, or misleading communications in connection with the Promotion, including any referral activity that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with CEX.IO’s brand, compliance, or consumer-protection standards.
3. Submission of false, forged, altered, or otherwise counterfeit identification or verification materials, or any misrepresentation in connection with onboarding, verification, or participation.
4. Misuse, abuse, or bad-faith conduct, including any activity intended to improperly obtain a Reward, circumvent controls (incl. VPN circumvention), manipulate outcomes, or otherwise act contrary to the spirit and purpose of the Promotion.
5. Making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated statements about the Promotion, the Platform, the Services, or the Reward, including statements that misstate eligibility, likelihood of receiving a Reward, Reward availability after the cap is reached, or the nature of the Promotion as not involving chance.
For the avoidance of doubt, CEX.IO may take the above actions in addition to any other remedies available under the Terms of Use, Promotion and Reward Center Terms and applicable law, including suspension or termination of the Account and/or restriction of Services.
8. General Rules
Modification: Participation is conditioned on your ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Terms of Use, eligibility requirements that may apply to the Promotion. CEX.IO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion (in whole or in part) if: (i) fraud, abuse, manipulation, or suspected misconduct occurs; (ii) any technical, security, or operational failure (including platform outages, systems errors, or third-party service disruptions) impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion; (iii) force majeure events occur; (iv) legal, regulatory, supervisory, sanctions, or policy changes render the Promotion illegal, impracticable, or inconsistent with CEX.IO’s policies; or (v) market disruption, abnormal volatility, liquidity constraints, or any other factors affect the Promotion’s intended operation.
Taxes: Users are solely responsible for any tax, duty, levy, reporting, or other governmental charges arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of any Reward. Sponsor may require completion of tax forms (e.g., Form W-9) and may issue IRS Form 1099 or other tax reporting as required by law. Failure to timely provide required information may result in forfeiture.
Standard Terms: These Official Rules apply only to the specific Promotion mechanics described herein. All matters not expressly governed by these Official Rules are governed by, and incorporated by reference into these Official Rules: (i) Terms of Use, (ii) the Promotion and Reward Center Terms, and (iii) where referral commissions are concerned, the Affiliate Program Terms (each as amended from time to time, together, the “Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency, these Official Rules prevail solely in respect of the Promotion-specific subject matter they regulate; otherwise, the Terms remain controlling. Personal information will be processed in accordance with Privacy Policy.
Administration: CEX.IO’s determination of eligibility, qualification, timing, and Reward availability and/or calculations, issuance, withholding, forfeiture, or disqualification, are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay by CEX.IO to enforce any right under these Official Rules constitutes a waiver of that right.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Promotion you agree to release and hold harmless CEX.IO, its group companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective members, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your participation in, access to, or inability to participate in the Promotion; (b) the provision, receipt, non-receipt, acceptance, use, misuse, loss, or inability to use any Reward; (c) any technical, systems, network, platform, device, or third-party service issues (including outages, delays, transmission failures, or errors) affecting the Promotion; and/or (d) any act or omission by you or any third party in connection with the Promotion or any Reward. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY RELEASED PARTY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if a Released Party has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of whether any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for failure to deliver a Reward that has been validly earned and properly claimed, except where such failure results from a transaction reversal, legal or regulatory requirements, technical error, or the User’s breach of these Rules or the applicable Terms.
