How to Download Your Forms

You can retrieve your documents via the web platform or the mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your CEX.IO account on your preferred browser or open the CEX.IO app.

  2. If you’re using the web browser, look for the Statements and Reports section in your Profile menu.

If you go mobile, open profile menu in the upper left and choose Statements

  1. Select the Tax Reporting tab.

  2. Locate your 2025 Form 1099-DA PDF file and hit download.

You can save a digital copy for your personal records in case you need to reference it later.
